✦ Half the payment is due before any work is done, then the second half is requested before I can deliver the high quality final version.

✦ All prices are in Australian Dollar.

✦ I exclusively take payment through Paypal Invoice (preferred) and Ko-Fi.

✦ Process ✦
✦ My turnaround time is two weeks minimum

✦ There is a minimum of two small changes after the final piece is delivered, afterwards any further changes requested will cost additional fees.

✦ Any major composition changes requested after the final sketch is agreed upon, during the lineart stage and any stage further, will increase the price. This will be negotiated at the time. The client has 24 hours per stage update to give me any revisions and direction.

✦ I prefer to work off a tight design brief! Please give me as many examples as you can. This includes the full name of a character and what media they're from, with a picture of the outfit you'd like them in.

✦ Very often, I'm in an unfortunate timezone compared to my client. However I will still send updates and ask questions when I need to and cannot frequently check what time it is for my client. I am aware of this and I'm perfectly happy to wait usually 12 hours to a day for replies. I'm fine with this, do not stress and if notifications from me are waking you up, please mute me and just check the chat once or twice a day.

✦ Cancellations, Delays & Refunds ✦
✦ If you need more time to pay that is perfectly fine, just please tell me beforehand. If you have passed the payment due date, I'll prompt you after two weeks. If a month has passed without communication, I may have to cancel the commission until further notice.

✦ If you don't reply to me at any stage, the commission cannot progress without your feedback. If there is no feedback for a month, your commission will be archived until further notice and I'll be keeping the first half of the payment.

✦ No full refunds unless the commission is cancelled before I begin work on it. This will be measured on if I have emailed a proof of concept sketch to the client.

✦ I will give a full refund if I cannot fulfill the commission in a timely fashion.
I'll give an estimated timeline at the beginning of the commission, with updates if I encounter any delays.
