These are the starting prices in AUD, they're likely to increase based on complexity of design, poses and more.

Terms of Service

How My Commissions Work

  • I only take commissions via my email [email protected] or my etsy ghostbyteart.etsy.com. No DMs.

  • Please send a reference for the pose and expression you want. (No AI).

  • If you don't have a finished character design, references for the above as well as the colours are required and a character design fee will apply.

  • Please keep your messages as clear, decisive and professional as possible.

  • Will do: Emotes, PNGTubers, character illustration, reference sheets, banners, overlays and icons.

  • Will not: Vtubers (I don't have the software).

  • Include the following in your inquiry email: Deadline, if it's a private commission (otherwise it will be posted on my website and socials), if you're printing my art do you need it drawn in CMYK?

Payment & Refunds

  • I only take payment through Paypal Invoice.

  • A deposit of half the invoice needs to be paid before I begin work. This invoice is refundable during the concept art stage and no further.

  • There are no refunds at all if the commission is cancelled by either party after the concept art stage.

  • You will be updated with low resolution, heavily watermarked screenshots until the full deposit is paid. The finished work will not be delivered until I have full payment.

  • Add on fees will apply to things like additional or late stage revisions, extra concepts and ideas.

Need to Know

  • Do not put my work through AI in any way, the commission and any future work will be immediately cancelled.

  • My turnaround time is a month and I try to update multiple times a week.

  • The commission cannot progress without the client approving every stage, therefore waving anymore revisions for that round. Any later requests for that stage will incur fees.

  • If the client doesn't approve a stage in 48 hours, I'll put the commission on hold and will wait for a reply, even if there is a deadline. That is the client's responsibility if we miss the deadline.

  • If the client doesn't reply for 5 weeks, the commission is cancelled and if the full deposit has been paid, I'll finish it according to my own judgement and send them the files. If changes are later requested, they will be treated as late change fees.
